Privacy Notice

SteadRecord processes account details, property records, uploaded documents, extracted data, maintenance history, and security and audit events to provide and protect the service.

Use and sharing

Information is used to authenticate users, organize property records, process documents, support transfers and user-created sharing links, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Property data is disclosed only through access roles, ownership transfers, or sharing links authorized in the product, and to infrastructure providers needed to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while the account is active. Property records remain with the property across an ownership transfer. Revoked links and audit history may be retained for security and accountability. Deleted document objects are queued for durable removal. Legal, fraud-prevention, backup, and dispute obligations may require limited retention.

Your controls

You can export your data from Account settings, revoke sharing links, transfer owned properties, delete eligible records, and request account deletion. Account deletion is blocked while you remain the active owner of a property.

Security and contact

SteadRecord uses access controls, encryption provided by its hosting platforms, malware scanning, audit events, rate limiting, and operational monitoring. The operator must publish a privacy contact and have counsel approve this notice for the launch jurisdictions before public launch.
