Terms of Service
SteadRecord organizes property information and supporting evidence. It does not replace professional inspection, engineering, legal, insurance, appraisal, or safety advice.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, upload only material you are authorized to use, review extracted information before committing it, and use sharing and transfer controls responsibly.
Property records
Accepted property facts, systems, assets, findings, events, and retained evidence form a durable property record. Ownership transfer changes control of that record as described in the transfer flow; personal credentials and unrelated account information do not transfer.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe security controls, upload malicious material, infringe rights, or use SteadRecord for unlawful activity. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside reasonable control.
Launch requirement
These product terms are a technical launch draft, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. The operator must add its legal entity, address, contact, governing law, payment terms if applicable, warranty and liability language, and obtain counsel approval before public production launch.
